Welcome to my Website!

As an Advocate for Public Awareness of Permanent Cosmetics, I’d like to communicate that it takes years to acquire knowledge, technique, and the skill of permanent cosmetics, but it takes only minutes for an inexperienced technician to harm you. When deciding to invest in your facial, corrective or camouflage enhancement, please remember to choose your artist carefully. 30% of people that contact me are for corrections. Check for references, photos and educational background. Cost will depend on the experience of your technician. Technicians pay for their education. In turn you pay for their knowledge and expertise.

Remember, it is not just the years, but the number of procedures performed throughout those years. Find out if your technician is Board Certified, OSHA compliant, current with all organizational and state requirements, and attends continuing education for advancement in the industry.

In visiting my website, I’m confident that you will see the passion, vision, respect, and  pride that I maintain for my profession and clients. Permanent Cosmetics can be intimidating. I invite you to contact me with any questions that you may have so,  you too can say to me as my other clients do, “This is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself!” Please write to me at any time by clicking on the comments link below. ~ Pam

Hi Pam…

I’m so excited to come across your website. I love seeing the photos of the before and after photos using the hairstroke method. I am one that plucked my eyebrows during high school to a thin line and over time they never came back. I’m getting close to finally making the move to have them done permanently. I’m almost 48 years old and being a natural redhead, I have to shade in my eyebrows with a sable brown powder and brush in order to see my eyebrows as the few hairs I have are so light that you can’t see brows if I don’t add the eyebrow color daily. My question to you is how much is a consultation to meet with you at your Reno office to see what shape and color you would choose for me, along with what am I looking at price wise if I choose to spoil myself and have this done by you???

Thanks so much for taking the time to reply to me. I have wanted to have my eyebrows done, but I was so afraid of someone not doing them correctly but I feel very confident that “YOU” are the one that could put my morning eyebrow drawings to rest. I’m tired of them not being straight or even with one side bigger than the other trying to create the thicker area towards the nose. It’s a daily chore I would love to give up =)

Sincerely,

Pam does an excellent job, she fixed a botched makeup on my eyebrows that I had done elsewhere. I live near Philadelphia PA, and she is the only one who I’ll allow to do touch-ups on my lids, brows… They look awesome… Hate the flight to Reno though…wish Pam would would re-locate back East…

I was hoping you could recommend a hairstylist in the Gardnerville/Carson area that has the same high standards that you have Pam.
I have enjoyed the first year of my beautiful eyebrows and really need a quality hair professional to complement them!
Thank you, in advance, for guiding me to an excellent haircare professional.

I have No eyebrows at all, but I have solid “tattoo” eyebrow that were done locally last year. I am interested in getting an appointment to have you do your realistic hairstroke eyebrows. I live in Dublin CA. I am in the Donner Area of California on Wed. August 31 and could go to Reno or Gardenerville that day before heading back to the Bay Area. Is it possible to be scheduled to come in to see you on that day? Thank you.

Hi Pam,
You did my eyebrows nearly two years ago in Tucson, and I would like to have them retouched. I have a friend who also would be interested in having her eyebrows done. Can you tell me where you are working now? I heard that you might be in Scottsdale at times. Thanks for the information Pam.

Hi Pam,
It’s been awhile since our last visit… My sister in law Mary Jane and I miss you.. Is there a chance you’ll be returning to Tucson? We both have some things we would like to have done, but you have spoiled us :)
I’m almost finished with my second go round with Chemo. I wish I could say this time was easier :(
Hope all is well with you.

Sincerely,
Ruthie

Hey Pamela,
Firstly, I love your website. You are such an amazing artist and your work is exceptional as always! Secondly, I am interested in possibly furthering my education with you next summer if you’re still teaching classes. I would really like to explore the art of hairstroke eyebrows and learn a little more about color theory and mixing colors to achieve the perfect color for individual clients. I am living in Mexico right now for a few months and I don’t have a phone down here, but maybe we can chat about it via e-mail?
I would love to learn these new techniques from the best in the business…and I know from experience that is you! I hope all is well and I look forward to hearing from you!
Thanks so much,
Shayne Phillips

Hi Pam!
I wanted to let you know how much I LOVE my new eyebrows…and my husband loves them too! When he saw them last night, his comment was of all the work I’ve had done, this was by far, the biggest “bang for my buck.” This is quite a testament to your skills, given that I’ve had 3 breast augmentations, liposuction, a mini-face lift and laser skin resurfacing!! I will definitely recommend your services to everyone and anyone who asks.
See you in five weeks for the finishing touches!

Pam did an amazing job fixing and redoing my eyebrows after I had them done at a plastic surgeons office. They were bluish green and the line came in too far towards my eyes. I am very pleased that just after a few visits they look terrific! I would recommend Pam to anyone and I have because I get so many compliments on the job she has done on my eyebrows. Thanks Pam!
